Bookings, Cancelation and charges.
Cancellation policy for individuals: Bella Hotel will charge for one night minimum in the case of late cancellation or a no show. Standard cancellation is 24hours prior to arrival.
Please note that with bookings made at discounted rates or other special offers, other policies may apply.
Rate information
All quoted rates include VAT, local taxes and 300 kr lodging tax.
Hotel regulations about check- In and check- out
Check in time is anytime after 15.00 pm.
Checkoul time is anytime before 11.00 am.
Minimum age of guests.
Guests need to be at least 18 years old to make a reservation with us. This does not apply to guests under the age of 18 accompanied by an adult.
Force majure
Bella hotel cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations that are caused by events that are beyond its reasonable control.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Disputes
All legal disputes will be interpreted in accordance with Icelandic law. In the event of a dispute or if someone believes that he/she has a claim against Bella Hotel on the basis of terms and conditions, such a dispute or claim will be referred to Icelandic courts.
